Final payment is due before or on the event date as specified in the contract

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways

Provide accurate and complete information about event requirements

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for events where required

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by law

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Weather-related cancellations or modifications are handled per individual agreements

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services unless otherwise specified

All original content, designs, and concepts created by Phase3 Entertainments remain our intellectual property
